We inspect all dresses from our designers, we inspect the dress to be sure it is exactly as ordered and free from defects. If defects are found, we will contact the designer for a replacement. Before it gets to you! If a defect makes it past our inspection processes, it can be returned for replacement or refund. If the dress is somehow damaged during shipment, we will get you a replacement dress shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. ​

All orders will have a confirmation email stating that we have processed your order and a second email with a order tracking number when the items are shipped from our store.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
