We inspect all dresses from our designers, we inspect the dress to be sure it is exactly as ordered and free from defects. If defects are found, we will contact the designer for a replacement. Before it gets to you! If a defect makes it past our inspection processes, it can be returned for replacement or refund. If the dress is somehow damaged during shipment, we will get you a replacement dress shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. ​

All orders will have a confirmation email stating that we have processed your order and a second email with a order tracking number when the items are shipped from our store.

Privacy & Safety​

This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline to further reduce security risks, all payments are processed through pay pal. We never receive your payment info via email and all phone and fax orders are done through an encrypted server that is purged daily once your order is processed and completed.
